  • Roof Wire: Safety wire to all new roof areas

  • Bird Netting: Installed to awning roofs only

  • Roof Flashings: Colorbond 0.55# Barge capping, gutter aprons, ridge caps and drypan flashings

  • Wall Flashings: Colorbond 0.55# corner moulds and toe moulds

  • Gutters: Colorbond 250mm Half Round gutter

  • Box Gutters: Colorbond 0.55# box gutter

  • Downpipes: PVC 225mm downpipes to main roof, 150mm downpipes to awnings
